📢 Teens’ Summer Fitness 📢

We will be running our Teens’ sessions again this coming summer, so if you are looking for a way to get your 12 to 15-year-old off the sofa for an hour a couple of times a week, this could be just the thing!

• A combination of strength training, basic gymnastics and cardio-based workouts

• Suitable for 12 to 15-year-olds

• 10am to 11am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

• Monday 24th July to Friday 1st September 2023

• £144 for 12 one-hour sessions

• Flexible booking across the six-weeks.
