Welcome to PentaLife CrossFit Chandler’s Ford!
At PentaLife CrossFit we draw attention to five simple but important things that we believe play a part in overall health; Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Connections and Sleep.
Our mission is to provide personalised fitness and nutrition coaching to our clients to help them improve their long-term health and well-being.
Although the reason for pursuing health and fitness is often a serious one (like avoiding chronic disease), we believe that the way we go about it should be super fun, hence our motto:

Fun fact: I climbed Scafell Pike during the Beast from the East – scary stuff!
